Sara Harley has been editing and curating the Paws For Charity Project since 2009. Almost $11,000 dollars has been raised and contributed to charity through this project. At the present time, all funds raised through the sale of these books are donated to Sheltering Helpless Animals In Distress (SHAID.ca), an animal shelter just outside of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia.

The 2010 Paws For Charity Art Book features approximately 100 images submitted by 65 artists and photographers from 7 countries. The book measures 8 1/4 inches high, by 10 inches wide, with 75 pages. Along with the artwork, each page gives the artist's bio and artist's statement. The hard cover version is a true art book worthy of any coffee table. All proceeds raised from the sale of these books were donated directly from the publisher to The Avon Foundation Breast Cancer Crusade, a registered charity with programs in over 50 countries.
